Refunds & Returns

Straightforward terms for returning gear and getting refunded — with a few carve-outs required for hemp and consumable products.

What can be returned

Unopened, unused accessories and non-consumable items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price, provided:

  • The item is in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and inserts intact
  • You have your order number or the email/name the order was placed under
  • The item isn’t listed under “Non-returnable items” below

Accessories showing signs of use (scratches, residue, missing parts) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 3%.

Non-returnable items

Because of health, safety, and state regulatory requirements around hemp and cannabinoid products, the following are final sale once the seal is broken or the package is opened, regardless of the 30-day window:

  • Vapes, cartridges, and disposables once the packaging seal is broken
  • Edibles, tinctures, and any ingestible product
  • Flower, pre-rolls, and other consumable hemp products
  • Mystery boxes or bundles once opened (contents are non-refundable individually)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at time of purchase
Why the carve-out exists Once a consumable’s seal is broken, we can no longer verify it wasn’t tampered with, contaminated, or improperly stored — most states don’t allow resale of returned consumable hemp products for exactly this reason. Unopened, sealed consumables in their original condition can still be returned within the standard window.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item received

This is the one exception to the non-returnable list above — if what arrived is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (including consumables), we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

  1. Email info@everythingfor420.us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item/packaging.
  2. We’ll confirm the issue and email you a prepaid return label — you don’t pay return shipping for our error or a defective item.
  3. Once we receive the item (or in some cases, once photo evidence is confirmed), we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

How to start a standard return

  1. Email info@everythingfor420.us or use the contact form with your order number and which item you’re returning.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund method & timing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method — we can’t send refunds to a different card, account, or as store credit unless you request store credit instead.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Prefer a swap over a refund? Let us know in your return request and we’ll hold your replacement item once we receive the original — same eligibility rules above apply. If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above instead of a cancellation.

Fastest way to cancel Email info@everythingfor420.us with “Cancel — [order number]” in the subject line. We process cancellation requests in the order received, so the sooner you reach out after placing the order, the more likely we can catch it before it ships.

Age verification on returns

Because our products require 21+ age verification at checkout, any return, exchange, or refund correspondence must come from the same name/account or verified email used to place the original order. This protects both of us if an order is ever disputed.
