What “discreet packaging” actually means
Every e420 order leaves our warehouse in a plain cardboard box or matte poly mailer with no logos, no product names, and no indication of what’s inside. The return address reads only a company name and warehouse address — never “420,” “hemp,” “THC,” or any product term. The packing slip inside lists order numbers and SKUs, not full product descriptions, so anyone glancing at the outside — or the inside — of the box learns nothing about its contents.
Where we ship, and where we can’t
everythingfor420.us sells hemp-derived products manufactured to comply with the 2018 Farm Bill’s federal definition of hemp. Federal legality doesn’t override state law, though — several states restrict or ban specific hemp-derived cannabinoids regardless of federal status, and those rules change as state legislatures act. Because of that, we screen every order against the shipping address at checkout, and orders headed to a restricted state are automatically cancelled and refunded rather than shipped.
Age and ID requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. We may request ID verification before an order ships, and delivery may require an adult signature depending on your carrier and local regulations.
Tracking, delays, and lost packages
Your tracking link goes out by email as soon as your label prints — before the carrier physically has the package, so it can take 12–24 hours for tracking to show movement. That’s normal and not a sign anything went wrong.
If a package shows “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors and your building’s front desk first, since carriers occasionally mis-scan a delivery at the wrong address. If it still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll open a trace with the carrier or send a replacement, whichever is faster.
